Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 overripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C fan forced
  2. Line 12 cup muffin tray with muffin cases
  3. In a mixing bowl add maple syrup, coconut oil, egg and milk, stir well
  4. Add in oats, flour, cinnamon, lemon zest and banana, mix to combine, but do not overmix
  5. Gentle fold in blueberries
  6. Spoon batter evenly between muffin holes
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

What is the temp to bake in oven. The directions say 180c fan forced. I do not undrtstan
