Chocolate and Nut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, walnuts)
  • 6 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

Instructions

  1. Add nuts, dates and sunflower seeds into a food processor, process on high speed for 20 seconds.
  2. Scrape down sides of bowl and add in coconut, cacao and nut butter, process on full speed for 40-60 seconds or until mixture combines together (this may take a little while, keep blending until it happens).
  3. Roll into bit sized balls.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
