Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 10 medjool dates, pits removed
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Place nuts into a food processor, blitz on high for 10 seconds.
  2. Add dates, coconut, oil and water, process on high speed for 20 seconds.
  3. Scrape down sides of bowl, process on full speed for 40-60 seconds or until mixture combines together.
  4. Roll into bite sized balls.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
