- 1 cup All Bran cereal
- 1 cup diced dried apricots
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tbspn of honey or golden syrup
- 1 cup of SR flour
Instructions
- Combine bran, apricots and sugar.
- Warm milk in a saucepan, add honey and stir until combined.
- Add milk/honey mix to dry ingredients & stir well.
- Sift in SR flour, stir.
- Spoon into a greased & floured loaf tin and bake at 180 C for about 45-50 minutes.
