Apricot Balls

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dried apricots
  • 200g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Place apricots and coconut in food processor
  2. Process on high speed for several minutes.
  3. Roll and squeeze into small bite size balls.
  4. Store in airtight container in fridge to set for 4 hours.
