Ingredients

- 4 apples
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven on lowest temperature
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- Peel and chop apples into small cubes
- Place apple in saucepan with water, bring to the boil then simmer for 10 min or until soft.
- Pour apple mixture into blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Spread evenly over baking tray
- Bake in oven for 4 hours
Notes
I used granny smith apples, but you could use whichever variety you like
