Ingredients
  

Muffins
  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 granny smith apples peeled and grated
Crumble
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 90 g butter grated
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Method
 

Muffin
  1. Preheat oven on 180C
  2. Place all ingredients together in bowl and mix until combined
  3. Divide into 12 hole muffin tin
Crumble
  1. Place flour, sugar and butter into a small bowl
  2. Using your fingertips combine mixture
  3. Add oats and stir through
  4. Sprinkle evenly on top of muffins
  5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through

It says 90 g of butter. How much is that it says set the oven to 180c. What degrees is that

I made your apple crumble muffins yesterday (forgot to do the crumble bit & just ran with it!). They were delicious… not many made it to the freezer! Now we have an alternative to my usual banana cake I will definitely double up next time.
