Baked Brie with Honey, Cranberries and Pistachios

Brie cheese is always a crowd favourite, but this Baked Brie with Cranberries and Pistachios takes it to a new level drizzled with honey! Serve this recipe at your next barbeque, party or bring-a-plate event.

This has to be one of the simplest, but ever so tasty snacks that I am sure will impress your guests. Simply bake the brie, drizzle with honey, top with cranberries and spinkle on some chopped pistachios, and you’re ready to eat. As simple as that. Perfect for the holiday season with pops of red and green, but you can serve this any time of year. 

The combination of warm melted cheese, sweet honey, cranberries and crunch of pistachio is so much goodness in one mouthful. 

I served it with thin sliced of toasted turkish bread, baked in the oven for 5 minutes. However, you can use crackers or apple slices if you desire. 

Bake longer if you want the cheese to ooze out more. Best eaten while warm.

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • toasted turkish bread, apple slices or crackers to serve.


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
  2. Using a sharp knife lightly score the top of the brie, optional.
  3. Use a silicone baking tray or line a baking tray with baking paper.
  4. Place brie onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until soft.
  5. Carefully place the brie onto your serving tray.
  6. Drizzle the top of the brie with honey.
  7. Sprinkle cranberries and pistachios over honey.
  8. Serve immediately with your choice of thinly toasted turkish bread, apple slices or crackers.
