- 250g spreadable cream cheese
- 70g sour cream
- 55g mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
- 180g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
- 2–3 pinches of salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, capers and tabasco to thermomix bowl, mix 10 sec / speed 4
- Scrape bowl, mix again 10 sec / speed 4
- Add in salmon, dill and chives, mix 10sec / speed 4
- taste and add salt as desired, mix again if needed.
