Another freezerable cookie dough

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups SR flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • plus extra additions choc chips, sultanas etc

Method
 

  1. Melt butter with sugar
  2. in another bowl put SR flour and extra additions to cookie dough.
  3. Add the butter mixture stir then add egg, pinch salt and vanilla.
  4. When all mixed roll into a snake and then wrap in lunch wrap then glad wrap.
  5. When you want to use, defrost a bit to cut through and just use a knife to cut off cookies and place in oven, 12-15 min

Hi there, What temp in the oven should they cook at?? not shown above, and I’d like to make these:)

Hi, I would try 160C. I haven’t had a chance to make these yet but when I do, I will add in the correct temp.

Hi, when I tried to roll into a snake it just went flat. What am I doing wrong?
