2 ingredient pizza base


  • 1 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt


  1. Preheat oven to 180C. fan forced.
  2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper or a silicone mat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour and yogurt to make dough ball.
  4. Sprinkle extra flour on bench, knead for several minutes, add more flour if mixture is wet.
  5. Divide mixture into 8 balls, roll into small pizza rounds.
  6. Add desired topping.
  7. Bake pizza 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Rest in tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, or serve warm.
