- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C. fan forced.
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and yogurt to make dough ball.
- Sprinkle extra flour on bench, knead for several minutes, add more flour if mixture is wet.
- Divide mixture into 8 balls, roll into small pizza rounds.
- Add desired topping.
- Bake pizza 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Rest in tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, or serve warm.
