Recently my friend Tina asked on her blog, Tina Gray {dot} me to list 5 good things about yourself. I took the challenge, but found it really hard to find 5 things. Often we have negative thoughts about ourselves, our confidence, our appearance or our ability at parenting, being a wife, friend and keeping house. Then Sonia from Natural New Age Mum shared the following quote. I just loved it, it struck a cord and sparked a light. It’s a great quote to share with the kids, but also one for me. I really am all these things, just as YOU ARE TOO!!

With the help of this quote I found the confidence and courage to believe in myself to take a step and accept an invitation to be a guest speaker at a local women in business get together. Mum’s Chatterbox is a perfect platform for me to debut my first session. Today I am sharing my guide on how to ‘build a facebook community’. I have watched other bloggers share their tips and ideas at conferences I have attended, their confidence is amazing and has inspired me to make this next step. I am nervous but at the same time very excited.
