{FREE Printable} Weekly food diary

I mentioned on the facebook page recently that I am seeing a Personal Trainer each week to help me become healthier.  She has been great motivation and provides continuous encouragement, I am thoroughly enjoying going to the gym.  The no.1 item on my list of goals for 2011 is to lose weight.  I’m dedicated to succeed not only to make me feel better about myself, but so I can live a longer and healthier life.

I have started writing a food diary which has given me a great indication that I don’t eat as often as I should and maybe….foods I shouldn’t be eating…hmm.  I give this to my PT to look over each week.

This is perfect! One of my tasks for today was to call a local personal trainer (that was recommended to me by a friend). I’ve now signed up for my first session and in the meantime I have been asked to keep a food diary so have printed a few copies of your printable. Great timing 🙂

Hi – I can’t seem to download – I keep clicking on the weekly food diary and it doesn’t seem to work. Is there something I am doing wrong. Probably!!
