{FREE Printable} Weekly food diary

I mentioned on the facebook page recently that I am seeing a Personal Trainer each week to help me become healthier.  She has been great motivation and provides continuous encouragement, I am thoroughly enjoying going to the gym.  The no.1 item on my list of goals for 2011 is to lose weight.  I’m dedicated to succeed not only to make me feel better about myself, but so I can live a longer and healthier life.

I have started writing a food diary which has given me a great indication that I don’t eat as often as I should and maybe….foods I shouldn’t be eating…hmm.  I give this to my PT to look over each week.
