Here’s how I organise my Hello Fresh delivery in the fridge to make it super easy to prepare dinners for the week.
How I Organise Hello Fresh in the Fridge
When the Hello Fresh delivery arrives, I take each set of ingredients out of the paper bags they come in. I put the contents of the bag, plus all other fresh ingredients relevant to that recipe into these hudson baskets which are the perfect size for each set of ingredients. Then I fold the recipe card and put it at the front.
This keeps all the meal contents together and super easy to find. I like this because instead of meal planning like I usually do, we just open the fridge and whoever is cooking gets to choose what they want to cook. This is my secret to getting others in the home to cook dinner, all they have to do is pull out the basket and follow instructions.
To fit this in the fridge, I usually remove the drawers (where I usually keep our chopped broccoli, cauliflower and our meat tray) and shuffle the fridge around so it gives me one spare shelf.
When I’m not using them, I keep the baskets in my pantry. I find organising it like this makes cooking dinner faster and keeps the fridge tidy.

Kat’s tip:
I don’t worry about washing the vegetables until it’s time to cook the meal. This saves time during the pack away.
