The strong scent and high menthol content of doTERRA’s Peppermint essential oil makes it one of the most popular oils. It has a fresh scent which is often associated with cleanliness and hygiene. I enjoy diffusing it and adding a drop to my breakfast smoothie to help boost my energy.

Peppermint essential oil is not only renowned for its fresh flavour, it can help alleviate headaches, stomach upset, promotes healthy respiratory function and helps sooth burnt areas by providing a cooling sensation.
