Hi Katrina, just FYI about clary sage. It is beyond amazing for easing hot flushes. I put a few drops into some oil and into a roller and rolled on the balls of my feet before bed. Amazing in just 2 days all hot flushes had gone. However, I have had oestragen receptive breast cancer and my specialist told me under no circumstances to use clary sage as it is a plant Oestrogen. People do need to check with their Dr if they are undergoing any treatment before using essential oils. Just wanted you to be aware. Pip Archer.

Hi Pip, thank you for sharing. I have heard before that Clary Sage is great for hot flushes. You also make a very good point about consulting your doctor if undergoing any treatment. I always make sure to include this caution in my essential oil blogs – the same goes for pregnant and nursing mothers too. Kat x

My daughter makes these cookies for us and we all My daughter makes these cookies for us and we all love them so. I LOVE ROCKY ROAD, and these have all those yummy flavours in a cookie! They are a perfect treat in the afternoon when I sit down with a cuppa, I do love the crunch of the nuts and gooeyness of the marshmallow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The cookies freeze really well for eating later, but I must admit we tend to polish off the batch pretty quickly and they very rarely make it to the freezer in our home. I am planning on doing a big baking day soon to stock my freezer with snacks, these cookies would make a lovely once in a while, lunchbox treat if your child attends a school that allows nuts 🥜 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
