My definition of purge – sell, donate, repurpose or throw away items as you see fit
Kids Toys
Bit of a kids theme these past few tasks, but this is good with the lead up to Christmas. Especially going through and seeing what toys the kids have and what you could put on the Christmas Gift List.
I shared with you photo of the kids toy room in a previous task, this is where they keep all ‘shared’ type toys. They also have space in their bedrooms for all their own toys.
Mr 11 keeps his toys in his wardrobe, read more here.
Miss 9 keeps her stash under her bed
Don’t forget you could adapt a toy rotation system if you have excess toys, read more here.
Todays task is to:
Sort through the kids toys and purge toys:
- that are broken and can’t be fixed
- pieces missing that can’t be replaced
- that they haven’t played with at all this year
- the kids have outgrown and no longer want to play with
How many items have you been able to purge today?
