I love to plan my meals for the week ahead. Not only does it avoid the stress in the afternoon and night, but you can plan your grocery shop accordingly. Here’s my 7 day meal plan for this week.
MONDAY
Healthy Chicken Teriyaki with vegetables and noodles – Don’t limit yourself to the vegetables in the recipe you can really use whatever veggies you have in the fridge.
TUESDAY
Bangers and mash with onion – Add some colourful vegetables to this easy weeknight meal.
WEDNESDAY
Chicken Burrito Bowls – Skip the wrap and enjoy just the filling with these delicious burrito bowls.
THURSDAY
Tuscan meatballs and rice – Grab a readymade Tuscan meatballs recipe base and whip up this easy midweek meal.
FRIDAY
Homemade Pizza – A fun way to end a busy week. I love the kids hovering around the kitchen bench adding their favourite toppings to the pizza.
SATURDAY
Fish burgers with Tartare Sauce – Nice and easy for a Saturday night!
SUNDAY
Lamb cutlets – I only buy these when they are on special. Follow this recipe or serve with simple vegetables – yum!
BAKING
Jam and Cream Muffins – These are so yummy and make a perfect freezeable lunchbox filler for the week.
