For many families dinner is a time to bring the family together and provides an opportunity for conversation.  Here we have the weeks dinner planning tips to help you get started to prepare for the week ahead so you can take the stress out of the week and enjoy that time together with your loved ones. MONDAY

Parmesan-crumbed chicken – Katharine suggests crumbed chicken with fries and salad which sounds like a perfect dinner for the family. The recipe below is served with mashed potato and beans but you can add your own sides to any crumbed chicken dish to suit.

TUESDAY

Barbecued rump steak with rocket, pear and blue cheese salad – Katharine and family will celebrating a birthday on Tuesday and will be having a family birthday BBQ.

WEDNESDAY

Quick Pork stir-fry – On the dinner plan for Wednesday night is a delicious pork stir-fry. You could use chicken, beef or tofu to make any delicious stir -fry to suit your family budget and requirements.

THURSDAY

Balsamic steak with tomato pasta salad – Katharine’s dinner plan for Thursday night is steak, pasta and salad. You could have these seperate as side dishes or incorporate into the one dish like this recipe below.

FRIDAY

Bangers and mash – A nice and easy dinner idea for the end of the week. You can also serve with some peas and an alternative to the pumpkin and potato mash in the recipe below, you could mix it up with some sweet potato.

SATURDAY
