Thank you to our valued community for their suggestions on how they Meal Plan. The lovely Erin, a mum of 3 who has footy on weekends for her hubby, hockey training on a Wednesdays, Footy training on Thursdays and Swimming lessons on Fridays, while working part time says she feels lost if she doesn’t do her meal planning for the week. MONDAY
Chicken sausage tray bake with pesto swirled yoghurt – A delicious meal filled with vegetables that will please the whole family with it’s Mediterranean flavours.

Chicken and Roast Pumpkin Pasta Bake – My eldest has hockey training on Wed’s so I make this during the day and then reheat when we get home. Perfect!

Thick & Creamy Pumpkin Soup – with some buttered crusty loaf. My son has footy training Thursday nights so again I will make this during the day & reheat when we get home, yum!

Steakette works burgers – with potato gems (Hubby picked up some yummy steakettes at a country butcher the other week when they were there for footy so I just froze the other half. All 3 kids have swimming Friday afternoons so this is perfect & easy.

BAKING
Mango Macadamia muffins – These Mango Macadamia Muffins are super delicious and moist with a delightful crunch of macadamia. Bonus is that they are freezer friendly so you can bake up a batch and pop them into the freezer to conveniently have on hand for an after school snack, pop them on the bench that morning so they are defrosted by the afternoon.
