Save time, money, and reduce stress by planning your dinners for the week and shopping in one go. Enjoy quality family time, healthier food choices, and balanced dinners when weekly meal planning.

Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Bake – a perfect way to sneak some extra veggies into your family’s diet

Slow Cooker Beef Goulash – Less than 20 minutes to prepare then slow cooker can do the rest.

Lamb Chops – mashed potato and steamed vegetables

Chicken nuggets – with potato chips and salad. Nuggests and potato chips from freezer at grocery store.

BBQ Chook and salad – Using up whatever left over vegetables and cheese were in the fridge.

Fish Tacos – This is a simple diner. Use frozen fish strips from grocery store, store-bought coleslaw and mini tortillas. Add some aioli ontop of the fish if desired.

Slow-Roasted Pork Belly – We served this with roasted potatoes, onion and carrots.

Chewy Raisin and Oat Biscuits – These biscuits are so easy to put together and since they have hardly any sugar and include wholemeal flour I like to think that they are a little bit healthy too!
