This week’s meal plan is a collection of delicious, easy-to-make recipes, including a hearty soup, quiches, flavourful stir fry, and comforting bakes. Perfect for busy families seeking variety and nutrition in their weekly meals.
MONDAY
Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry – served with brown rice and add in all the vegetables. Make from scratch using recipe below, or try with Passage Foods Teriyaki Sauce.
TUESDAY
Quick Shepherd’s Pie – serve as is or with a side of salad to feed more.
WEDNESDAY
Pumpkin Ravioli – with sundried tomatoes, pinenuts, fetta and a drizzle of olive oil.
THURSDAY
BBQ Sausages, mash potato and steamed vegetables – add gravy if you wish, but we like it just plain.
SATURDAY
Pumpkin Soup – this one is on heavy rotation for us at the moment.
SUNDAY
Curry Lamb Pie – I used this recipe for the filling and used storebought puff pastry.
BAKING
Milo Cookies – I love this recipe because it requires melted butter, so no need to wait for butter to get to room temperature.
