This week’s family meal plan selection is designed to make your week smoother and stress-free. My hope is that these meal ideas lighten your load, giving you more time to enjoy meals with your family rather than being stuck in the kitchen. Enjoy!
MONDAY
Salmon Rissoles with steamed vegetables – I made these on Sunday afternoon so when I got home from work all I had to do was fry them in the frying pan and cook the vegetables.
TUESDAY
Teriyaki Chicken & Sesame Stir Fry – Easy dinner using the Maggi packet mix with thin noodles and toasted sesame seeds scattered over the top.
WEDNESDAY
Homemade Beef Burgers – patties from the supermarket, topped with cheese, bacon, egg, tomato and lettuce.
THURSDAY
Fish Curry – This Mild Fish Curry is not only easy to put together, but it’s also chock-full of nutritious vegetables like zucchini, carrots, onions, and pumpkin. And the best part? It’s perfect for a cozy winter dinner.
FRIDAY
Roast BBQ Chook and Salad – super easy dinner tonight!
SATURDAY
Easy Cottage Pie – I made this as individual serves and popped it in our air fryer to crisp up the top, I was too impatient to wait 30 minutes for it to brown in the oven.
SUNDAY
Left Overs – Sunday night made easy.
BAKING
Pumpkin Scones – I freeze these already buttered with a dollop of honey.
