Easy Tikka Meatball Curry – with Coconut Rice. If You could double the meatballs and serve with vegetables, which will then give you enough for left overs the following day.


Chicken sausages with steamed vegetables, chips and onion gravy – keeping it simple. 


Eggs on Toast – super easy dinner!

Thai Lettuce Wraps – made with pork mince, a delicious dinner and healthy too!


Ham and Potato Cakes & Salad – this is a great recipe to use up any left over ham from lunches during the week. Made up a double batch of pototo to use for tomorrows dinner. 


Family Mince Pie – purchased from our local butcher and served with left over mashed potato from last night and steamed vegetables. 


Easy Beef Lasagne – I call this my cheats Lasange, serve with salad or steamed vegetables. 


Chocolate Chip Cookies – this is our families ultimate favourite cookie!!
