Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.


Easy Teriyaki Salmon – Made in one pan and fuss free, this recipe can be on the table in half an hour.


Chickpea Massaman Curry – Try a meatless night with a delicious Massaman curry made from chickpeas.


Slow Cooker Goulash – Most kids love a good combination of mince and pasta! This is a yummy recipe to keep the whole family happy.


Easy Bubble and Squeak – Got leftover veggies? This is an ideal recipe to throw in all those extra bits and it’s super fast to make.


Chicken Schnitzel with Vegetables – Pick up readymade chicken schnitzels from the supermarket snd serve with vegetables (and airfry some frozen chips if you feel like a Friday night treat!)
