Feeding a family can be a challenge! This 7-day meal plan offers some new recipes with fast and easy options for those busy nights.


Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.


Ground Beef and Potatoes Skillet – I love a one pan dish! This one is filled with delicious vegetables  – perfect for a nutritious weeknight dinner.


Steak and salad – Make tonight easy with a serving of steak cooked the way you like it, and a bag of salad. Add chips or a potato to fill up hungry tummies.


Easy Chicken Fingers Wraps – This is one of my-go to recipes when it’s a super busy week and I know there won’t be much time to cook.


Pasta al Limone – A few simple ingredients make one of the yummiest pastas!


Easy Ham and Cheese Sliders – So fast to make , these sliders are a fantastic, ‘too-tired-to-cook’, Friday night option!


Chicken Korma – The flavours in korma are just the best. Enjoy this one on the weekend with a glass of your fave wine.


Speedy Tuna Risotto – This cheesy tuna risotto is ready in half an hour, giving you a bit more weekend time to enjoy.


Cinnamon Scrolls – Still one of my all-time most popular baking recipes, these scrolls won’t last long!
