Meal planning is the key to ensuring everyone eats well and you always have what you need when it comes time to cook! This week’s meal plan includes delicious and easy meals for the whole family.

BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

MONDAY

Meat and 6-Vegetable Dinner – Enjoy a delicious take on the classic meat and veg dinner.

TUESDAY

Chicken and Vegetable Stirfry – Quick and easy for a mid-week meal, this stirfry has a great mix and vegetables and flavour.

WEDNESDAY

Roasted Cauliflower Pasta – Combine the delicious taste of roasted cauliflower with the simplicity of pasta for a meatless dish you’ll love.

THURSDAY

Tuna Melts – Quick and easy for a midweek meal, Tuna Melts are a great option for a busy family.

FRIDAY

Tray Baked Nachos – So easy and yum! Nachos are always popular with kids and adults alike.

SATURDAY

Cottage Pie – This warming comfort food combines mashed potatoes, mince and vegetables in one easy dish.
