This week’s meal plan includes nutritious and fast recipes such as Chicken Gnocchi Soup, Shepherd’s Pie, San Choy Bau and more.


Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.


Falafel and Middle Eastern Roast Veggies – Hearty spinach falafels are the stars of this Middle Eastern feast, with zingy pickled onions and roasted veggies.



Chicken Gnocchi Soup – A yummy meal to be served with bread or wholesome enough on its own. Add this delicious twist on traditional Gnocchi to your shopping list this week.



Cheesy Buttery Potato Mash with Sausage in Onion Gravy – You can’t go wrong with the family favourite, bangers and mash.


Chicken San Choy Bau – Enjoy the taste of this delicious recipe using the simplicity of noodles and a recipe base.


Homemade Frozen Fish Burgers – A super easy throw-together meal, where everyone can make their own.
