This week there are some light recipe ideas which the family will love. Enjoy meal ideas like Caesar Salad, Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken Sweet Potato Noodle Stir Fry, Lasagne Roll-Ups and more! Enjoy a recipe for Apricot Yogurt Muffins which can be used for school lunch boxes. 


Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

Miso Chicken and Cold Noodle Salad– This Miso chicken and soba noodles go so well together and are a great Friday night dinner!


Creamy Chorizo Pasta – An easy and super yummy recipe that is great for a quick Saturday night dinner at home with the family.


Barbecued Butterflied Lamb with Olive Oil Chips – This barbecued lamb is sure to get the family together and be a crowd-pleaser! Add salad or chips, roast vegetables as a side.


Apricot Yoghurt Muffin –A delicious recipe that’s easy to prepare and great for freezing if there’s any left!
