Planning dinners makes my life less stressful and gives me time to enjoy evenings with my family. If  you are wanting to streamline your weekly grocery shop and preperation process, read my 5 essential habits that make grocery shopping easier blog for some inspiration. In this weeks meal plan, find recipes for Beef Ragu, Baked Feta Pasta, Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies and a delicious Chocolate Self Sauce Pudding for dessert! 


Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.


Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies –a simple, filling, and nutritious dinner! Toss in your favourite veggies and sausages and then roast them all to perfection. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!


Beef Ragu – This Slow Cooked Shredded Beef Ragu Sauce with Pappardelle may be the king of all pastas. It is hands down one of my all time favourite pastas ever!


Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken Sweet Potato Noodle Stir Fry – Thai peanut chicken sweet potato noodle stir fry packs in lots of nourishing veggies and only takes 30 minutes to make. Easy, healthy and delicious! Great for those doing low carb or grain free/gluten free.


Baked Feta Pasta – This easy pasta recipe includes roasting a block of feta with bursting tomatoes! Yum!


Easy Guacamole with Spiced Cucumber –Enjoy this easy guilt-free guacamole dinner on a Friday night!  Just pop some on toast or serve alongside any leftovers. 


Crispy-skinned barramundi with garlic and herb oil – The extra virgin olive oil lends a fresh and distinctive flavour to this main meal of barramundi and roast vegetables.


Roast chicken and bread salad  – A delicious Sunday night roast and bread salad is the perfect meal for the family.


Chocolate self saucing pudding –  This pudding is magic in a bowl. With a crunchy top, soft cakey goodness inside sitting on top of chocolate sauce.
