WEEKLY FAMILY MEAL PLAN #157

by Katrina - The Organised Housewife

This week’s meal plan has seven nights of family friendly dinner ideas, with a variety of flavours and something for the whole family.

Each week I try and make sure I include a good variety of options when I’m planning out weekly family dinners. I hope you find some dinner ideas like sweet and sour meatballs, Mongolian lamb stirfry and even raw coffee bites for a pick me up when you need one!

BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

TUESDAY

Creamy Pasta and Bolognese Bake – This mouthwatering creamy bake can be on the table in just under an hour!

WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY

FRIDAY

SATURDAY

Speedy Wild Rice and Salmon Salad – Brighten your Saturday night with this 5-ingredient salad!

SUNDAY

BAKING
