BENEFITS OF MEAL PLANNING

Each week I plan my meals for the following week, this is called meal or menu planning. Some think it’s not worth it, but it really is a simple task that takes 5-10 minutes to plan one week of meals. The money and time that these five minutes save me throughout my week, makes it well worth the effort.

MONDAY

Pumpkin Bacon and Feta Frittata – a light and easy dinner to start your week.

TUESDAY

Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef – quick and easy to prepare in the morning, this delicious will be ready by the evening.

WEDNESDAY

Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken Sweet Potato Noodle Stirfry – healthy and easy to make and great for those who are gluten free!

THURSDAY

Baked Vegetarian Ziti – Packed full of veggies but oh so cheesy!

FRIDAY

Beef and Veg Macaroni – the kids will love this – and so easy to make!

SATURDAY

Canned Salmon or Tuna Patties – whether you use fresh or tinned, this dish is sure to be a winner!

SUNDAY

Roast Pork with Caramelised Apples and Onion – a super delicious roast that the family will love!

BAKING

Nutella Macarons – calling all chocolate fans! These macarons will be a welcomed treat!
