Tuesday – Oven baked chicken with Parmesan crusted potatoes and vegetables

Wednesday – Left overs

Thursday – away in Melbourne, but the kids and hubby will have – Pie and chips

Friday – away in Melbourne, but the kids and hubby will have – fish with vegetables and pasta

Saturday – Chicken Caesar Salad with poached egg and parmesan inspired by Fatty Fin to Skinny Minnie

Sunday – Slow Cooked Roast Beef with roast vegetables

BakingMalteser Biscuits and Berry and oat muffins

Those parmesan-crusted potatos look SO good! Will keep those in mind – great accompaniment for a BBQ.
