Friday – away in Melbourne, but the kids and hubby will have – fish with vegetables and pasta

Saturday – Chicken Caesar Salad with poached egg and parmesan inspired by Fatty Fin to Skinny Minnie

Sunday – Slow Cooked Roast Beef with roast vegetables
