Thanks to you Kat I have started meal planning and making quite a few of your recipes, my family have really enjoyed them and helped me so much as I am just not creative in coming up with dishes to feed the family, I’ve really enjoyed following along and eating yours, thank you for bringing back your meal plans.

Glad this is back, love Meal Planning, it makes life so much easier. Our plan this week (we start on Saturday):

Sat: Pork Chops with Port & Cranberry sauce with Potato bake
Sun: Greek Chicken Gyros
Mon: Ham & Cheese Quiche with Salad
Tue: Home-made Sausage Rolls with Veg
Wed: Oven Baked Fish & Chips & Salad
Thur: Indian Chicken & Tomato Curry & Rice
Fri: Lasagne & salad
