Monday – Salmon steaks with steamed vegetables
Tuesday – Beef Ravioli with bolognese sauce
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Country Chicken
Thursday – Crustless quiche, again because I LOVE this recipe.
Friday – Rissoles with sweet potato mash and vegetables, I made double quantity of rissoles and place uncooked left overs in freezer.
Saturday – Night out
Sunday – Lasange and salad, inspired by Managing your home
Baking – Carrot Slice
