Monday – Special birthday celebrations with Great Grandmother!!

Tuesday – Home from roadtrip, vegemite on toast was all we had energy for

Wednesday – Savoury Mince (double batch), potato and vegetables

Thursday – Salmon with coconut thai curry sauce, rice and vegetables

Friday –  left over savoury mince on toast

Saturday – Oven baked chicken breast with vegetables

Sunday – Homemade hamburgers

That cheesecake slice looks too, too good! Would kill for some of that right now 🙂

I would except I have Gestational Diabetes so wouldn’t be able to eat it anyway! Plus, for the same reason we don’t have many Easter eggs. I’ll have to keep it in mind for next year 🙂

Hope you enjoy the swedish meatballs. We do. I make up my own meatballs though and just make their gravy.

Just FYI, the swedish meatballs link went to a blog; the blogger had them listed in her meal plan but no link to the recipe. A bit disappointing, but I really like the blog, so I’ve come out ahead anyway LOL. Score!
