This has been a very easy week meal wise as I have been super super busy.

Monday Slow Cooked Silverside (inspired by Becci’s Domestic Bliss)

Tuesday – left overs from last night

Wednesday – Coconut Poached Fish with vegetables

ThursdayQuick Crustless Quiche with salad

Friday –  Date night

Saturday – BBQ steak and sausages with salad

Sunday – Roast lamb, roast potatoes and vegetables

BakingWhite Chocolate and Macadamia Muffin

Hope you enjoy the Corned Beef. These days I tend to put it in frozen too. Have found that it’s the best way to have a very moist piece of meat. I pop mine on no later than 10am though to make sure it’s cooked through and tender.

I like the sound of the coconut poached fish but think the price per serve can not possibly be accurate – where can you get 600g of fish PLUS all the other ingredients for less than $12?

I clicked on the link for Coconut Poached Fish…sounds YUM… went to page with Woman’s Day heading followed by message that the page is no longer available!!! ??????
