Monday – Slow Cooked Silverside (inspired by Becci’s Domestic Bliss)

Tuesday – left overs from last night

Wednesday – Coconut Poached Fish with vegetables

Thursday – Quick Crustless Quiche with salad

Friday –  Date night

Saturday – BBQ steak and sausages with salad

Sunday – Roast lamb, roast potatoes and vegetables

Baking – White Chocolate and Macadamia Muffin
