Love this blog already and I have only just found it. I am returning to study at Uni this year with 2 busy little girls and a extremely busy husband looking forward to finding some great ideas on here to make our life run a little smoother.
Having baking in the freezer is a great start, money and time saver. Welcome to the blog!
Thanks Deanne…..something naught as my hubby is a chocolate freak!!
I have those cupcake liners sitting in my cupboard… I think it’s a sign. Chocolate and banana muffins are now on my meal plan for the week!

Wow 18, I bet you have a few tips you can give me!!
Hello Katrina. I am such an avid fan of yours and follow this blog every day. Can you believe that I am the other side of the world, in Zimbabwe!!. As we recover from unbelievable inflation (“Can I have a candy floss Mum, it’s only 5 million dollars?”) and completely empty shops ( we had to go across the border to Botswana or South Africa to buy groceries – even eggs and milk – once a month) it is so lovely for me to read your posts and plan to get our household back in order again. Please don’t stop! Sue
Ooh thankyou Sue
Looks delicious! I love chocolate and I love banana so I am sure I would love this recipe!
