Monday – Chicken Stirfry and rice
Tuesday – Peppered Beef and roast veggies inspired by Good Food Week
Wednesday – Fish and salad
Thursday – Chilli con carne with wedges and vegetables
Friday – Nacho’s using last nights Chilli con carne
Saturday –Tuna Mornay on toast

Sunday – Lamb chops with potato mash and vegetables
Lunches – Lamington fingers, Vegemite sandwich, banana, cucumber stars (used with cookie cutter), carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, salami slices and cheese dip
Baking – Banana & Nutella Muffins
Dessert – Passionfruit Ice-cream (homemade using the Kambrook Ice-Cream maker)

Love this … I’m making Nutella muffins this week also — I think Nutella is WAY more popular than I ever knew. We got introduced to it by our newest son; it was a favorite of his when he came home this summer and so we have been working into so many things. The newest success around here is a TB of it in a big ole bowl of oatmeal 🙂
