Monday – Double batch – Chicken Honey, Soy & Garlic Stir Fry (maggi stirfry sauce), lots of vegetables & Rice 

Tuesday – Steak with Gourmet Pepper Gravy and vegetables

Wednesday – Mince pasta bake with left over Chilli Con Carne from freezer

Thursday – Monday night left overs

Friday –  Date Night!

SaturdayChicken Ceasar Saladd

Sunday – Roast Lamb, roast potatoes and vegetables

BakingChocolate Coconut Slice and Pumpkin Scones

Lunches –  Coconut Slice, Salad and ham wrap, kiwifruit & pretzels

This is certainly a competition I could do with winning! With hubby away and 5 kids, you could only imagine how messy the house can get some days!! So exciting Katrina, that you have this amazing competition going!!

Good luck Mary, hopefully you can find some great tips through the website. My biggest tip for you would be to take little steps eg drawer by drawer, tabletop by tabletop, rather than making it a huge job like room by room.

Your slice recipe appeared at just the right time yesterday, as I was about to look for something to whip up for some last minute guests. Was super quick and easy to whip up, and as my 7 yr old “Masterchef judge” proclaimed…”You are the best baker ever!”
