This weeks meal plan
Monday – Bacon Pasta Bake
Tuesday – Donna Hay’s, Chorizo, Spinach and Ricotta Frittata (Fast, Fresh, Simple cookbook) next time I will omit the sage and ricotta.
Wednesday – KFC, we had a delightful day seeing Mary Poppins the musical so… had the night off 🙂
Thursday – Slow Cooked Silverside with mash, vegetables and onion sauce
Friday – Chicken Satay with rice
Saturday – BBQ steak, sausages, potato bake and salad
Sunday – Eggs on toast (easy)
Baking – Chocolate cupcakes, Chocolate Almond Brownies and Cinnamon muffins

Macaroni pasta, cream, bacon,onion, garlic & cheese is delicious as well ..
a heart attack?…hardly. This will make an awesome side dish

Not sure many of the meals on here will fit with our goal of losing any weight…….we try and stick to meat and veggies or salad…..somtimes do the meat on the BBQ and usually salad or roast vegetables…..when we feel like a treat we have mash or a homemade grren curry……yummm….
It was delicious 🙂 had salad with it. Even my extremely fussy eatter went back for 2nds so a definite winner
