Monday – BBQ Chicken and salad Tuesday – Fish and vegetables Wednesday – Pasta with Chorizo and tomato Thursday – Chicken Risotto (was very bland, will try Smoky Leek Risotto next time) Friday – Spaghetti Bolognese  Saturday – Steak and vegetables SundayHomemade Sausage Rolls with salad Lunches – Bacon and Cheese Mini Quiches Baking – Chewy raisin and oat biscuits

Loving your meals Katrina:-) I am making a scrapbook cooking recipes with some of your dishes. How easy are those mini quiches i’m making them tonight for Chloe’s school lunch box .

Thanks for linking to my meal plan! How awesome are mini quiches?! My mum makes them for every single party we have and I probably eat at least half of them 🙂
