Looking for a lunchbox snack that the kids will love? Try these quick and easy Vegemite and Cheese Pastry Scrolls.

One of my kids’ favourite lunch box snacks for school and on weekends are Vegemite and Cheese Pasty Scrolls. I don’t always have time to make them from scratch, so this recipe has been a time saver for me! Even though my kids are older, I sometimes make a batch of these while I am cooking dinner and put them in the fridge ready for the kids to take for lunch the next day.  these scrolls are also great for afternoon tea when the kids are hangry after school or sport!
