We also swear by energy balls too, they are highly versatile not to mention being absolutely delicious. They are small and easy to bring on-the-go in tiny storage boxes.

Whenever I freez anything, ice particles created and for muffins or cookies it will create them soggy. How to prevent it. I use containers freezer bags. All have same issue.
Hi Zara, are the containers you are using completely airtight and freezer proof? Is your freezer set too high possibly?
