As you all know I enjoy creating special treats for my kids lunchboxes, but another something special is when I pop in a little note. I may do it just for one child and someday’s I do it for all 3, something to help boost their day. Also another creative idea is writing a little message on their banana.
Below is a collection of free lunchbox note printables I have found around the web by some very creative bloggers.

I love this idea 🙂 Totally doing it for my big kids this year. My 10 yo son may not appreciate the ‘I love you’ messages, but he’d love a joke in his lunchbox each day!

Love these!! I have put hand written notes in my kids lunchboxes since kindy… My now Miss 8 writes gorgeous letters for her sister when she helps out with lunches…..very cute!

Thanks heaps Katrina – what a great idea! ~ Christine xx
Another idea is to get the edible markers that you can buy for cake decorating and you can writ on virtually anything. I cant wait til my little one can read!
my son loves to get get notes in his lunch, when he couldn’t read i used to do pictures.
I’ve been using the cardboard dividers out of my Dilmah Tea packets for years to quickly write and sneak inside the lunchboxes of my kids. It became a game to see if I could get them in there without them finding it before school.
I love these! Thank-you for gathering them all in one place, saves hours of trawling the internet!
I am so looking forward to giving my autistic boy some lovely encouragement with these as he starts year 1
My ‘baby’ is going into Yr 12 this year but I sure will be using these with her. Thanks.
Thank You!!! Love’em! Can’t wait til no2 can read – he’ll love some of these!
Love, love the Lunch box Notes! Definitely a step up from my hand scrawled post-it I used to put in the lunch boxes.
too cute , can’t wait till my twins can read too.
Thank you so much for featuring the Happy Home Fairy at this wonderful site!!!
These are terrific! I try to give my girls a note with a joke on it every morning when I drop them off at school – they love it! Any links to good sites with lots of k=jokes would be very welcome – a joke a day is hard work!
just found them. They’re great.
So clever. My husband is starting a new job in two weeks and for the first time in his working life he will get proper lunch breaks so I’m going to be packing him a lunch and thought I might add in a sweet note 😛
