Lunch box ideas – mini salad rolls

It has been awhile since I shared with you a snapshot of the kids lunch boxes, here is an alternative to a salad sandwich:

• Mandarin (peeled because my youngest finds it hard)
• Shape biscuits
• Cinnamon crumble muffins
• Bake at home dinner rolls, filled with sliced deli chicken, capsicum,  lettuce and cheese
