My delicious Chicken Ranch Wraps are a super quick and easy dinner and are perfect for a mid week meal.
On extra busy days a quick and easy dinner is all I can and want to manage. To keep it healthy, these Chicken Ranch Wraps have everything you need, your veg, protein and carb and are quick to make. They will be enjoyed by the whole family so you may want to make extra – they are great for left overs for work or school lunch boxes the next day!
Putting all the ingredients in the lazy susan makes it easy for the family to serve up themselves spinning the server around at the dining table.

Description
Super quick and easy dinner and are perfect for a mid week meal.
Ingredients

- 1 BBQ Chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 bacon rashers, finely diced
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, finely diced
- 5–10 tortillas
Instructions
- Place chicken and dressing into a bowl, toss to coat.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add bacon, cook for 3-5 minutes or until browned.
- Heat as many tortilla’s as you need, following packet directions.
- Place each filling, chicken + bacon + tomato + lettuce into serving bowls.
- To assemble, add chicken onto middle of tortilla, top with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
- Roll up and enjoy!
