Valentines Day… as explained by Wikipedia is an annual commemoration held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions. It is traditionally a day on which lovers express their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery and sending greeting cards (known as “valentines“).
My husband and I celebrated Valentines Day each year before we were married. I was proposed to on Valentines Day 🙂 However, once we got married it changed, we had ‘our day’ which we always celebrate our love, life and achievements, our wedding anniversary.
I mentioned last year that we didn’t celebrate Valentines Day, but to my delight so many of you do, all for different reasons. So I couldn’t help myself, I have bundled together some valentines day treats, crafts, wall art and more that caught my eye. You don’t need to use these just on February 14th, I think any day is perfectly acceptable to say I love you.
