Ingredients
- 1 large glass jar, I use a 400g Moccona jar
- 1 1/3 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup traditional rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 125g bag Cadbury mini eggs
- 1 large Easter bunny, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a jar in the large jar in the order listed.
- If you feel it’s not going to fit all the ingredients, it’s OK to reduce the sugar as these cookies are quite sweet.
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix ingredients until combined.
- Roll a heaped teaspoon into balls and slightly flatten.
- Bake in oven at 180? for 8-12 minutes.
- Decorate the jar with ribbon and Easter Label on front and cooking instructions on back.
