Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large glass jar, I use a 400g Moccona jar
  • 1 1/3 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup traditional rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 125g bag Cadbury mini eggs
  • 1 large Easter bunny, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients in a jar in the large jar in the order listed.
  • If you feel it’s not going to fit all the ingredients, it’s OK to reduce the sugar as these cookies are quite sweet.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients until combined.
  • Roll a heaped teaspoon into balls and slightly flatten.
  • Bake in oven at 180? for 8-12 minutes.
  • Decorate the jar with ribbon and Easter Label on front and cooking instructions on back.

Notes

Decorate the jar with ribbon and Easter Label on front and cooking instructions on back.
